As a member of the executive management team, the position includes a balance of internal and external focused responsibilities including representing the company and products to the financial community. Also responsible for directing an organization's accounting functions. These functions include establishing and maintaining the organization's accounting principles, practices, procedures, and initiatives. Supervises financial reports and presents findings and recommendations to top management. Typically requires a CPA. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

  • Supervise and approval of all financing proceeds (transfers, checks, deposits, etc.)
  • Supervise and approval of Complete Accounting Cycle
  • Supervise and approval of Financial Statements
  • Supervise and approval of Income Tax Report
  • Supervise and approval of Other Tax Reports
  • Supervise and approval of Bank Conciliations
  • Provide figures certification by a Certified Public Accountant
